| My Design Process …
During a design process, it's always good to embrace what we don't know, especially in the beginning which can become our greatest asset later. With this thought in my mind, I always start with answering the 5W's (who, what, where, when, why) before tackling the How.
Start with research keeping the user forefront. Having deep knowledge of your product users, their goals, their pain points, and their environments can lead to a successful product experience. Continue the process by communicating with diversified users, brainstorming ideas and carrying out them with a lot of confidence and technical ability, collaborating with multiple teams, iterating multiple times, and last but not least avoiding biases.
I strongly believe that the best product experiences come from people and their stories. Combining them with simple, sustainable design solutions that can have a huge impact on the way people experience discovery and learning will lead to memorable products.
“Good design creation is an iterative process where we make mistakes and learn from them.”
